Every morning I wake up at 6:59 a.m.
and head outside for a morning walk
where I say hello to the cows.
Morning.
After 4 minutes and 47 seconds,
I check my watch and head home
where I do one pull-up and two press ups.
Then I engage in a trifecta of dental hygiene.
One, brush teeth.
Two, floss.
Three, mouthwash.
I boil the kettle,
pour the milk in the mug,
and sit down with my coffee.
The place where my day truly begins.
Good morning.
Today we are staying at a beautiful farmhouse
in the countryside
and this evening
we are gonna have a veggie barbecue on this veranda
Before that we will learn loads of English
in the theme of daily routines.

This is a small gate.
I'm opening the gate
and walking down the stairs.
The way that I like to begin every single day
is to take a walk.
And look at this beautiful place.
Some people like to jog on a morning.
A jog is a gentle run.
Other people like to go for a run.
I'm out of breath.
So, I rarely run about 10% of the time.
I prefer to take a stroll,
which is a gentle walk.
So, we're taking a walk through the farm.
And to my right,
these are flowers.
